Alexis is passionate about providing a space where children and adults feel welcomed to therapy and develop as an individual. She works with children through the use of play therapy. Helping children, adults, and families find restoration in the challenges they face is something that Alexis looks forward to. Alexis also enjoys working with individuals facing different goals, process different situational experiences, finding ways to communicate, and focusing on their emotions.

Alexis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Focus in Social Work at Coastal Carolina University. She currently works with preschool age children in a school setting, helping them learn and connect with their friends and teachers. She assists teachers in the classroom as well as helping with administrative needs within the school. She is working toward completing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University.
