Kristen is passionate about meeting each client where they are and walking alongside them in a journey toward hope and healing. She believes in the unique strengths and needs of every individual and works to create an environment of acceptance and compassion where these can be explored and nurtured. Her goal is to help clients process their experiences, thoughts, and emotions in a way that leads to deeper self-awareness and a greater confidence in navigating
both the joys and struggles of life circumstances and relationships. She presently works with teens 12 and older, adult individuals, and couples.
Kristen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Arizona and is completing her Master’s in Counseling at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Kristen’s background in education, ministry, and working with children with special needs have given her a heart for creating relationships, nurturing healthy communication, and advocating for others while supporting them in learning self-advocacy.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and listening to great podcasts.
