Although each counselor\u2019s standard session fee may be a little different, our current general fee structure is the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Doctoral-level Counselor: $170\/session<\/li>\n<li>Masters-level\/Clinical Supervisor: $170\/session<\/li>\n<li>Masters-level Counselor: $145-160\/session<\/li>\n<li>Associate-level Counselor: $130\/session<\/li>\n<li>Clinical Mental Health Interns: $50\/session<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All counselors offer a sliding scale fee to accommodate various financial needs. This scale is available on a limited basis to those who qualify based on household income. Please <a title=\"Contact Us\" href=\"https:\/\/one12counseling.com\/contact\/\">Contact us<\/a> for more information about your eligibility.<\/p>\n<h3>Insurance<\/h3>\n<p>We work with insurance companies as an out-of-network provider. The way this works is you would pay for your session at time of service, and we would provide you with a service receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement according to your policy\u2019s coverage. We find that many of our clients who seek reimbursement do receive a portion back; however, as every policy is different, please contact your insurance company with questions regarding your specific coverage.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">FSA\/HSA Cards and EAPs<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We are able to accept Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account cards as payment for counseling sessions. If you choose to pay using this method, please let your counselor know if you need a service receipt. We are unfortunately unable to contract with EAPs at this time.<\/p>\n<h3>How long are the counseling sessions?<\/h3>\n<p>A standard counseling session lasts 50 minutes, and a play therapy session lasts 45 minutes. Intake sessions are typically 75 minutes. Sometimes you and your counselor may agree to schedule a session that is longer or shorter than the standard length.
