She walks with clients through ups and downs – helping them gain clarity about difficult patterns in life; creating space for sharing, understanding, and allowing deep emotional pain to be expressed and processed; offering compassion and a roadmap to self compassion; developing confidence in one’s ability to move forward in life; and increasing strengths, resources, and solutions to overcome current and future challenges.

Crystal graduated from Northcentral University (Now known as National University) with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has past experience working as a victim advocate with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Crystal has additional training in narrative therapy and trauma-focused therapy. She is certified in Prepare/Enrich premarital/marital counseling and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
Crystal enjoys traveling in the US and abroad as well as camping with her husband, kids, and fur babies. When she’s not taking in nature’s beauty, you’ll find her curled up with a good book, a chill playlist, and a snuggly pup.
