Couples & Marriage Counseling

One:12 Counseling works with couples through all stages of their relationships. From pre-marital counseling and newly-wed difficulties to stagnant marriages and infidelity, our counselors work with all types of relationship difficulties to help couples create and maintain healthy and satisfying relationships.  We also have counselors trained in sex therapy to help couples work together through sexual difficulties.

Couples, however, do not have to be in crisis to benefit from couples counseling. Our counselors also provide “tune-ups” to help couples identify and build upon their strong points to further strengthen their relationships.

Through counseling, couples can work on:

  • Preparing for marriage
  • Communication skills
  • Conflict resolution
  • Healthy ways of relating
  • Forgiveness
  • Processing anger, disappointment, betrayal, and loss
  • Sexual intimacy

Contact us to get connected to the counselor who is the best fit for you and your partner.
